I. Introduction: This special styrene-butadiene latex for cement is a polymer water dispersion with excellent chemical and mechanical stability. This latex has good compatibility with cement mortar, significantly enhancing the compressive strength of the products, reducing the water absorption rate and drying shrinkage value of the products, and increasing the durability, wear resistance, oil resistance, and corrosion resistance of cement products.
II. Applications: It is mainly used for highway pavement construction, civil engineering, waterproofing projects, anti-corrosion projects, as well as for well casing and gas well casing in oil wells and natural gas wells. It can also be used as a wellhead sealing layer. It is a milky viscous liquid without visible mechanical impurities.
III. Interface treatment layer of modified cement-based adhesive with styrene-butadiene latex: Such as for pool waterproofing, basements, subways, reservoirs, swimming pools, water storage buildings, etc. It can also be used for steel corrosion prevention and concrete surface anti-corrosion coating. It can be applied to the water-facing and back-facing waterproofing of cement mortar, old and new concrete buildings and structures.
